Facial Fillers

Facial fillers are injectable devices that are injected into the skin to help fill in wrinkles, restoring a flatter appearance. These fillers generally have a temporary effect as they are absorbed by the body. Results last for around four to six months.
Hyaluronic acid is a familiar ingredient used in most of facial fillers. These fillers do the job of filling in the required area under the skin to improve the appearance of the skin by filling in deep creases, wrinkles and fine lines, plumping up cheeks, improving scars and outlining the jaw line. Some of the fillers that we offer at Dr. Rojan Amjadi’s clinic are Skin brightening, Botox, Scar therapy, Anti-aging, laser skin resurfacing, chin and cheek implants, xeomin, facelift, juvederm, restylane and dysport. Fillers can be very useful for patients with early signs of aging.
However, for some patients non-surgical treatments such as fillers cannot achieve the same results like those achieved with surgical methods such as facelift and eye lift.
Restylane
Restylane is designed to add volume to the skin to correct imperfections such as severe wrinkles and folds.
Xeomin
Xeomin is injectable filler used for the treatment of adults with cervical dystonia and cure of lines between the eyebrows. However, Botox can prove to be better filler than Xeomin.
Juvederm
It is designed to smooth the texture and surface of the skin and add volume to the cheeks. Juvederm is a family of injectable hyaluronic acid fillers used to treat wrinkles and folds.
Botox
Botox is a drug which is prepared from botulin. It is used by medical surgeons to treat muscular conditions and remove wrinkles by paralyzing facial muscles. Botulin blocks the nerve activity in the muscles.
Even though these fillers have sparkling results there are some downsides too, including the risks of allergic reactions and formation of tiny jolts under the surface of the skin, which may be permanent in some cases. Fillers can be either synthetic or natural. The best filler depends on various factors such as the length of time it will last, area where it is to be applied, and your skin type. Two of the major players are juvederm and restylane.
At Dr. Rojan Amjadi’s firm, we evaluate each patient first and then decide which the best suited filler is for the same. Our trained professionals make sure that you get best possible results. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
