Several Ways to Get Rid of Wrinkles

There is no way getting around it … age. Your skin’s appearance changes and the regenerative properties of your skin alter. The dermal layer thins and you produce less collagen. Elastin fibers that provide elasticity to your skin slow down and change. There are changes in the scaffolding of your skin, and it begins to wrinkle and sag. You can stop laughing, smiling, or frowning to keep wrinkles from forming.

There are commercial creams and gels that can help you get rid of wrinkles or at least redefine wrinkles. Use liquid silicon skin supplements as part of your morning routine. Eye cream can be pure aloe vera gel and do protect your skin with sunblock.

Regular exfoliation will assist the skin with cell turnover and increase the production of collagen. Choose targeted products to reduce wrinkles. A monthly facial will also do wonders to encourage re-hydration of the skin.

You can also go to your plastic surgeon and receive professional infusions of Botox. Botox arrests the process of deepening facial wrinkles. It weakens the muscles that cause wrinkles. You can also use facial fillers that replace the volume you lose in aging. Facial fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, and Dysport are excellent alternatives to reducing the appearance of wrinkles. Some facial fillers may last up to a year or more.

There are also home remedies that can reduce wrinkles naturally. To get rid of those wrinkles around the eye area, try what is in your pantry first.

Grapeseed oil if very good for maintaining the skin around your eyes. It is also excellent to help get rid of scarring. Grapeseed oil has plenty of anti-oxidants like peroanthocyanidins that help reverse the loss of collagens. If you apply grapeseed oil on dry skin, it will keep the skin moisturized.

Try vitamin E. Vitamin E is a natural vitamin that helps decrease and prevent wrinkles under the eye. Use a supplement of vitamin E that is a very thick oil. It hydrates dry skin and penetrates your skin with powerful antioxidants. Every evening before going to bed, squeeze the liquid out from a vitamin E capsule and gently rub it under your eye where you see wrinkles forming.

Use coconut oil on wrinkles. Massage oils into your skin where you see wrinkles. Coconut oil will bring results after about a week of continuous usage.

Avocados are great for skin. Mash avocado and rub around your eyes. The oil in the avocado in combination with your skin’s natural oils, will help you look younger, and your skin will feel more refreshed.

Cucumbers are wonderful to use on your wrinkly eyelids. Cucumbers are a great vegetable to use for those small wrinkles at the edge of your eyes. Place cucumber slices on your eyelids. Cucumber slices will reduce wrinkles and the puffiness in your skin will decrease.
